  • I’m extremely happy with the service I received. From the first phone call to set up the appointment to Tony, the technician’s visit. It was smooth sailing. He arrived on time, was polite, clean, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the problem and did a superb job at getting the air conditioner up and running again. He even went the extra mile and cleaned out the chamber before installing the new motor. I can’t believe that the problem was resolved so quickly compared to another company we dealt with.   • I would give David LeVie's AC/heating 10 stars....their professionalism and well as thier excellent communication is superior....Chad came out and took care of my AC issue, he was one of the best techs I have encountered and highly recommned him, the office staff, Sherry and Tiana were always available to answer any question....this is what a well run company is about....I have dealt with other AC companies in the past and they don't even come close.... I recommend this company over any other!

  • I have used this company for repairs on 5 different properties in the past 2 years but my most recent experience has been disappointing. 3 weeks ago I had an appointment scheduled on a Saturday but for some reason I received an email canceling the appointment even though it was confirmed by the dispatcher that am. I called for over 2 hours to see if someone was coming but It went to voicemail even though it was during working hours, so my tenant left with her overheated dog to get relief from the heat. Then around 230, a service guy comes but I don’t get a call that they are there so he looks at the fuse outside and changes it and send an invoice. The unit comes on and I pay but I’m upset that he was not able to check inside in the attic to make sure that what he fixed was actually the problem. Less than a week later the unit is out again and this time someone services the unit inside and says that the line was clogged so they blow it out and I pay for this now even though I want to talk to the owner for I feared the fuse was not the issue for it was newly installed just 3 years ago. A week later, there is water leaking from the ceiling and down the walls and onto the wood floor and I get them to come back out and now it’s the secondary float switch so they are charging me 199.00 for something that was probably the original problem. I have asked over 5 times to speak with Dave but to know avail. I am rethinking using this company in the future for as a valuable customer I am due the respect from the owner to discuss this issue and to resolve it personally but he obviously does not appreciate my business
