Scam. They never look for the problem and try to sell me on a new furnace that cost thousands of dollars. The worker was unprofessional and had an attitude. He told me I needed a new furnace when he never looked at the problem. How can you tell something is wrong when it's not on? Do your research and always get a second opinion before you listen to someone that's trying to make money off of you. The company I called next was professional and didn't cheat me out my money because I didn't need a new furnace. It was just the motherboard that needed to be replaced. We also gave him a tip because it was well deserved.

Have used Lizut’s for furnance/ac replacement and hot water heater on more than one occasion. They were always on time and have done excellent work. Lizut is my go-to-place for heating and cooling.

New story: They have just become another rip offs. Charged us $185 just for adjusting thermostat. Something they could have just done over the phone. Old story: Yes. I ended up reminding them in Dec 2020 a few times. But they did a clean job, spent 6 hours and completely replaced the heat Exchanger shown in photos. I felt value for my money.

Our furnace went out during this last cold snap. I needed a part asap, they had it in stock same day. Replaced the part, worked like a charm. The guy on the phone was patient and helped me get the information he needed for the part too. Polite, respectful, honest.

They are very busy so you might have to call twice. And you’d better be home when the tech calls because he’s usually already on his way by then. But, they will solve your issue, whatever it is. Their tw us are all very knowledgeable. They can get your furnace or a/c working! They did both for me! Definitely not the cheapest company around tho. But they are fair. #SeminoleHills
