• Yanio & Daniel from Direct Air in Miami installed a new Lennox AC system today, and they did an excellent job. All the work from beginning to end was completed between 9am and 5pm, including installing the compressor outside the house and installing the air handler underneath the house in a half basement with restricted overhead. They were skilled professionals and exceptionally congenial and helpful to work with. I recommend them and Direct Air enthusiastically!

• this is the worst company ever. i scheduled an appointment at 8am, two hours past and i didn’t even hear from the technician. i called, they said they are now moving my time to 12-4 (didn’t even ask me if that worked). i waited and other 3 hours, no word. the technician finally showed up at 4, i waited around for him all day because he can show up at any time and he didn’t even have the part he needed to fix my air conditioning. i am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this service! you cant even contact the technician directly, you have to call customer service, who then calls dispatch team, who then calls the technician… worst system ever. i was supposed to be the first appointment of the day and i ended up being the last. i HIGHLY recommend you find another service, this company is unreliable, inconsistent, and not time efficient. i am afraid for when they have to come back with the part, lord knows how long i’ll have to wait.
