• I'm extremely disappointed with Donovan. I have had a service account for 5 years. We have spent I'm sure over 18 grand with them , new Ac , hot water heater, two new toilets , duct cleaning etc. I have had two emergency calls for plumbing and Electrical in the last month and was pushed off for 3 days. Totally unacceptable, I was blown off today because they have one plumber on call. I cancelled my service contract today . I called another plumbing company that came over today to find out that both of my new toilets flanges were cracked and leaking . How ? They were literally just installed less than 6 months ago . I'm definitely not happy and have pictures to prove it . So I basically just spent a grand fixing something that should have never happened in the first place.

• Really loved the service, they found the problem and gave me two options, replace the whole unit or just a part in the unit. I wanted some options, so they had a sales guy reach out, but when I asked for an estimate for the different units, he said he would send them out to me via email and call me back the next day, but he never did. So I had to call another company spend another $99 for service and ended up getting a new unit installed with another company instead.

• We've been getting our AC serviced by Donovan for almost 2 years now and we've had a couple different technicians come out. Jake was the last technician and we had Luke before him but I can say that all have been great. We've had some minor problems that they quickly identified, showed me what they found and what repairs were required, and they answered all of my questions clearly. VERY professional, very competent, and very helpful. We only had the AC unit serviced which was under $100 which I thought was very reasonable. During the previous visit we did need a repair requiring parts one time and the cost of the parts and replacement part was also very reasonable.
