We've been using Dragon Appliance since 2005, when they replaced our furnace. Since then they've installed our water heater and air conditioner, and handled our maintenance ever since. The one time I tried another company, I regretted it. The repair created more problems than it solved, and I went back to Dragon Appliance. They've also responded to three HVAC emergencies over the years, each time arriving much faster than I expected. Their pricing has always been competitive, and technicians are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. After more than 20 years, they're still the first company I call.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. Larkin and his team are very professional, honest and they don't rip off customers. They installed a complete HVAC equipment into our townhouse last 05/29/26. Not only they were good and precise, they left the area clean and free of dust and garbage. Everyone in our household are happy with our new HVAC equipment installed by Larkin's company. He was recommended to us by my car mechanic and he delivered very well. Thank you Larkin. You are an awesome person.

I solved my equipment issue at 15% of what the owner quoted me. Plus he did not pass the smell test when he checked for problems and proposed a solution.

Agree in terms of attitude with previous reviewer. Owner or technician told “I have many customers, I don’t need this” when asking why problem persists after the visit. We had water leaking underneath furnance and was told the AC pressure is low and filling up the freon would fix it. Total cost was 350 - inspection was 120 and freon was 250 before a small discount. Water leaking again after 2 weeks and I called. He did prompt come back on the same day. However He said it wasn’t to do with the AC and this is not his problem because he fixed it, and could be the water heaters. Told us to monitor where the water is coming from (it stopped while he was here) . I asked if he would come back for the third time if we can observe the source, he said no because it’s not the AC and he already “did not charge for the follow up visit “. Note I was very specific asked if he was sure when proposing the fix because I didn’t understand how AC low on refrigerant leads to leaking. He promised he will come back no problem. He got very agitated when I asked why the diagnostic fee don’t entitle us to at least a final identification of the issue because from my perspective, we didn’t fix the problem. I am not asking for a refund - just that he should see it through. This is where he start saying things like I don’t want to argue (I was very calm and respectful), I am selfish for only thinking from my perspective, why he doesn’t deal with new customers because we don’t “ get it”. Anyways do not recommend if you are a layman due to lack of patience and business philosophy. If you need specific work done maybe he could be your guy. This is someone my family has used before and hence I gave him a try. Now I got to find someone else.

Our fridge broke and called Dragon appliance centre for a service call. The gentleman that picked up the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. He asked for the brand and year of the fridge (only 3 years old), he then rudely said, you can just throw it away and buy a new one. He said with covid, they only service previous customers. I don't know how many repeat customers they have to keep their business going but very surprised of his response. In addition, when asked if he has some he can refer me to, he said when other companies ask him to help with jobs, he doesn't even want to do. Very unfortunate since dragon has been in business for many many years and my husband family used to do business with them frequently. So that's my experience and safe to say a extremely poor one.
