We had a great experience with Dragonfly Heating & Cooling replacing our water heater. Gavin came out initially and diagnosed the issue, and throughout the next few days I spoke with Josh regularly—sometimes even twice a day. He was always responsive, kept me updated, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. What impressed me most was how much they seemed to handle behind the scenes. Our water heater was still under the manufacturer’s warranty, so they went to the distributor to get the replacement unit, contacted the manufacturer to get everything approved, and then scheduled the installation immediately once they had the new heater. Jared came out today and completed the replacement, and everything went great. I’m a first-time homeowner, and this was the first major issue we’ve had with the house, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Between the home warranty company, manufacturer warranty, approvals, getting the replacement unit, and scheduling the installation, there were quite a few steps involved. The entire process only took about 3–4 days, which I think was extremely fast considering everything that had to happen. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, communicative, and professional. A lot of the little things they did throughout the process felt above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Dragonfly Heating & Cooling and will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a great job, Sheldon showed up and helped out and was very personable. I didn't get the names of the 2 gentlemen who showed to do the work, but they were very professional. They all answered questions which was great. Yes, I'll recommend Dragonfly to anyone who'll listen. Thanks guys! By the way, that's Sheldon reaching between the furnace and water heater getting the earthquake straps back in place, he was very hands on. I appreciate the work boys.

*****UpDate*****. All-Pro-Air has changed their business name to Dragonfly Heating and Cooling. Same Great Service! Every time we have used All-Pro-Air in Riverside, they have been professional and on time with quality work. This time it was for a deep clean of the outside unit which had some styrofoam stuck inside the fins from new patio cover install. Excellent service and clean professional employees!

Trevor King was fantastic. He was very helpful, professional, and informative throughout the entire service call. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC, explained exactly what was happening, and had everything cleaned and repaired within about 30 minutes. He also took the time to check the filter and several other components while he was there, and gave me helpful advice on things I can do to prevent future issues. He was friendly, straightforward, thorough, and got right to the point. I really appreciated how quickly he got our house cooling again and the extra time he took to make sure everything else was working properly. I would definitely recommend Dragonfly Heating and Cooling, and I would gladly request Trevor again for any future service.
