Very very very bad experience! I have been contacted with them for almost 2 months, they never responded back to me or was not able to fix the heater Do Not trust its service !

Kudos to Duke, Debra and the team! Great service, professional installation and great price for our furnace replacement in Los Altos. Duke has once again, delivered all that we could have asked for by a service professional. We recommend this company without reservation.

The first time we called Duke’s about a year and a half ago, was for a general service on the heater we had such a great experience. So when we needed a heater repair this week we knew exactly who to call. Duke’s was able to make it out quickly, was patient to find, and fix our issue to get our heater back up and running. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Last year the ac control panel was replaced. In less than one month, the NEW panel stopped operating. Service came and replaced the panel and was charged with the labor fee for replacing! Today the panel stopped working again after one year, fan won’t stop. I have no confidence in their parts.

We hired Dukes Heating to fix our furnace during cold spell this winter. On first visit the tech installed a new limit switch which had already been diagnosed by previous HVAC company. The work he did installing that limit switch caused our furnace control board to blow out. So he needed to come back now to fix that too. He gave me part # to order on Amazon , which I did. $300 part. Once he cane back and worked another hour he told me that part which he had asked for was wrong part. And again he charged me his hourly fee. So he told me he would order correct part and get back in touch . He never did. No return, NO call back, no reply. Nothing . He ignored about 10 calls and texts. So much for their integrity.

Thank you Dukes team. We have old furnace heater which had a problem. I called few hvac companies but most don't work with it. Not only dukes team knew about old floor heater but they sent the help right away. Jesus and his team is really friendly, skilled and they work fast. For us fixing the problem fast was more important then finding most economical quote, but we ended up getting really fast service and very reasonable cost. Looks like they do any kind of work related to heating and cooling and will sure give my business to them in future for related work.

I called Duke’s for an estimate for a new furnace but instead of giving me a quote he ( Duke himself) checked my system and the thermostat first because he said I might not really need a new furnace. The problem turned out to be just a broken thermostat. He also cleaned the heat sensor, etc…He came on time, he was very nice, wore booties every time he entered my house to protect my floors and carpet ( it was raining at the time too!). He changed the thermostat and charged me for service and the thermostat for less than 200.00 vs the thousands of dollars I was quoted by other HVAC companies for a new furnace which they immediately recommended I need to replace just because the furnace is over 20 years old. However, If it turns out that this furnace need to be replaced, I know I will call Duke’s to do the job! Thanks Duke!!

They are very efficient. Scheduled promptly and were even able to accommodate rescheduling to fix AC due to temperature drops. Technicians are highly knowledgeable and get to the problem and fix it quickly. They carry most of the small parts that may need replacement. If not, they will order the right part and come back to fix it. Great service overall !! Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The crew came on time, root caused and fixed our furnace and thermometer problem immediately, educated us how to identify the problem for future maintenance, and helped us cleaning the duct to prevent potential filter clogging. Pricing is super reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend the businesses for friends.

Duke's employees were very personable and taught me a few things about my own furnace while servicing. They wore booties to keep my house clean walking to the thermostat. Quick and thorough and at a reasonable repair price for the AC

Duke came on time, was fast and efficient. Got the job done. Was here for the A/C, but had to check our furnace and thermostat as well. Didn't leave until WE thought the job was done.

I made the mistake of using the lowest bidder when I had my new heating / AC installed a few years ago. It wasn't long before the condensation drains were plugged, and the drip pan was not placed right so I had water dripping through my ceiling! I called Dukes (I wasn't going to have those other guys back in my house for any reason) and he came out right away, did a thorough inspection of the entire system and gave me a reasonable price to make the necessary repairs. The work was completed quickly and our AC was back in operation. I highly recommend Duke's without any reservations.

I have no problem recommending this place. He comes across as very trustworthy and the service he provided fits within that impression. He was very prompt on both visits. He is easy to understand, and will take the time to explain things. As with any A/C diagnosis, the potential exists for an expensive repair. This didn't "disappoint" in that regard. After a simple freon charge didn't do the trick, a couple of trips up into the attic determined that an expansion valve was malfunctioning. His estimate came in at $830. (ouch) But in the end, it was simpler than he anticipated. The bill ended up being $654 for two visits, a new expansion valve, and a few hours of work by two men.
