• Top Tier!! Rocky is very professional and responsive. I have used him previously with my home warranty and made sure to save his info for future problems. I no longer have the warranty, but he was very reasonable. He explained what the issue was and explained to me what I needed to do moving forward. I can't recommend him and his son enough.

• Poor and unreliable service. AC broke down in the summer heat and called for a diagnostic and repair. Anthony showed up, looking tired and unprofessional, basically said “not sure what the issue is” and left while asking to pay the diagnostic fee. Ended up calling Polestar for a much better service and experience. Would not recommend KC Elite to anyone I know.

• I have an Old Republic Home Warranty on an investment property and I called Old Republic several days ago for a service call on a faulty furnace and they sent out A1Complete Heating that came out at the end of the day and said the furnace needed a filter change and left. The tenants were getting up to a house at 55 degrees when it was super cold out and I called A1 and they told me there was a safety mechanism on the furnace to shut it off if its running too long and there was nothing wrong with the heater that this was happening all over the city. This went on for several days and I called Old Republic and asked them to send out a different vendor and they send out Elite heating and air. Rocky called me ahead of time and I talked through how the furnace was not running all the time and he told me over the phone what he thought it was and when he arrived the furnace was repaired in literally 15 minutes and running like a charm, the tenants were very happy and so was I. Rocky was on time, knowledgeable, professional and explained exactly what was wrong. If I need an HVAC person, I will definitely request Elite Heating and Air. Thank you Rocky!
