Turn on the furnace for the first time this season would not light called emerald for a service call, they responded very quickly. A bad heat exchange which had a couple of small holes in it. The service tech checked and found out there was a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger from Amana, they replaced the entire furnace. For was the installation not a new unit. Very happy with the work and the price. Would strongly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

In need of a repair or overhaul of a HVAC system or just a partial, call Emerald Heating and Cooling. Their service was prompt and informative. Our comfort advisor, Darren, was very insightful and responsive to our inquiries. He was also very considerate with assessing our needs and addressing our concerns. Our installation team was also excellent. They replaced all compromised components and did their due diligence while retrofitting a new system. The whole transaction was clean, efficient and professional. The removal and disposal of the old equipment was also appreciated.
