• I was on vacation during the month of the Heat Pump and Furnace installation, so I had plenty of time to do research, get quotes, and analyze what HVAC companies had to offer. By far, Essential Heating & Air was better in every area I cared about; the cost, timeline, brand, guarantees, and maintenance program were better than all of the competition. Discussing other quotes and the Essential Price Match Guarantee helped put them on top. The work was completed the very NEXT DAY. Everything was fast, high-quality, and exactly as promised in the estimate. There was one small item missing in the Mechanical Permit Inspection, but it was addressed and fixed under their No Change Order Guarantee. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Essential Heating and Air and with every single employee. Kevin was an excellent Estimator who really addressed all of my questions and concerns for the project.
