Always Fantastic service from the Frosty's team. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and expert in creative solutions for the older homes in Northern VA. They retrofitted a few homes for me in Arlington with custom high pressure AC systems 20+ years ago, and just replaced one in record time during the August heat wave. Truly the best experience I’ve had with emergency HVAC repair. Todd came same-day and conducted a full diagnostic check of our system while I was remote. Repairs were fast and the quote was the most reasonable I’ve seen in recent years. Highly recommend Frosty’s and especially Todd.

We contacted this company for a second opinion after another HVAC company recommended a very expensive repair on our 20+ year-old system. Tyler came out the same day, was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He confirmed the diagnosis but explained that putting a lot of money into such an old system wasn’t the best long-term choice. Instead, he gave us a very fair quote to replace our indoor air handler. Two days later, Paul and Noah completed the installation. They were prompt, professional, and even handled the hassle of coordinating with our HOA for roof access. During the install, they found a few unexpected issues with our rooftop unit, quickly diagnosed them, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before they left. They even called after the weekend to make sure the system was still running well. Excellent service from start to finish. Honest, responsive, and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I am revising my first review based on a follow up call with the technician who came out. He did thoroughly check out systems and provided a range of options we could pursue to improve our air conditioning performance, including an entirely new system. We ultimately decided to use a different service that best the price, but Frostys was thorough, worked with a very busy home and provided a variety of solutions to choose from.

Todd is highly skilled and knowledgable. It was a challenging fix due to the nature of the mechanical issue. With temperatures soaring today and the remainder of the week, Todd didn’t want to leave my house without resolving the issue. He diagnosed the issue and was able to locate the part in the area. I’m now comfortably sitting in my air conditioned house prepared to sit out the heat wave thanks to Todd’s dedication and service!

My a/c died a week before a multi day 100+ degree heatwave. I contacted frostys and they were at my house that day to talk options and took measurments. A few days later they had the system and a crew ready to go. They installed a great hybrid system and were actually able to make it more efficient than expected. 6 hours to install and I had A/C again. Really appreciate y'all moving so fast.

Tyler is the best! He came by this morning for our routine maintenance and helped diagnose further issues! We trust him fully, and he took the time to talk us through each step, show us the readings, and explain numbers etc. I am grateful he also talked to us about putting a medical grade filter in our air system as we prepare to grow our family! AC in our condo failed over July 4th weekend. Called the 24 hour number and got a very helpful person who promised I’d be called on Monday. Stephanie called me first thing Monday and at my request, set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tyler arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. 2026 review This is my second review of Frosty’s! We won’t use anyone else because these guys always deliver and have the best customer service and technicians. They fixed our AC unit the Friday night before 4th of July and did so in under an hour! 2019 review Wonderful service!! Amazing staff, very professional and timely. Arrived first thing in the morning (special thanks to Larry Ward, Paul C and Andrew!). They were able to complete a complicated job, replacing the AC unit on our roof as well as several other associated projects with this new unit. The were respectful, tidy and efficient. We will definitely recommend Frosty's and appreciate the 5 star service!

Todd is the man. The HVAC wizard. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, took time to make sure that I understood my entire system, and he was happy to answer any questions I had. He even took my phone call to answer yet another follow up question that I only thought of hours after he left. Plus, he helped improve cooling on my upstairs level and helped me plan for the future with timelines and things to watch out over the next few years as my system ages. Would definitely recommend!
