  • It is beyond me how this company has good reviews. I suppose they offer rebates for 5-star reviews, as many do. The technician that came to me was not very knowledgable, left the unit worse than he found it, did not want to honor what they told me over the phone, and I had to get someone else to fix what they broke.

  • I’ve hired Golden Air & Plumbing for three totally different jobs now, and every single time they’ve been solid. Waleed first helped me back in 2024 with my wsher and dryer connections. My property is about 40 years old, so there were some unexpected issues, but he knew exactly what he was doing and explained every step he was taking. Then in summer 2025, my AC suddenly died. They responded fast, and instead of just rushing to replace it, they looked at the bigger picture and pointed out issues with the AC frame on the roof. That helped me make the smarter decision to fix the frame first, then deal with the AC itself. Most recently, in May 2026, I had a leak on my main water line right next to the water meter. They carefully checked the property, dug through the dirt, found the leak, and had it fixed within about 4 hours. Even my neighbors was impressed watching them work. At first, I wasn’t even looking for someone licensed, I was mainly looking for someone I could trust and rely on here in Soflo. Turns out they’re licensed for the services they provide, which made me feel evn better. Waleed and Hadi are definitely my go-to professionals now, especially as a first time homeowner. Highly recommend them.
