• Phenomenal company above and beyond all the technicians and I called so many companies around the area. Nobody wanted to install a dishwasher for my mother and remove the cabinet. They went above and beyond to do it all we truly appreciate their business and we would recommend them to anyone who ever would need plumbing. The process was so easy. My mom has carpal tunnel and we definitely needed to get a dishwasher and if it wasn’t for them, it could not been done without them. Thank you. We truly appreciate it.

• Updating my review because the company reached out and made things right. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I really appreciate the effort to fix the situation! I called for a quote to have my garage drain snaked and was quoted $330. After I said I wouldn’t be able to afford that, the guy then said that my garage drain pipe could be collapsed and if I “couldn’t afford a drain snake good luck with affording to fix the pipe.” During the conversation, I was also told that my garage drain was connected to the public sewer, even though my home has a septic system. I contacted another local company and was quoted $180 for the same service. I understand that prices can vary, but the large difference combined with being given incorrect information about my property left me with very little confidence in this company. I chose to go elsewhere.

• EDIT:: The president of the company reached out to apologize and offer a refund of half the amount paid. I greatly appreciated this gesture. Do not use this company. Overpriced, gave false information about cost, and lied about age of equipment. Had them out to fix a hot water tank that they installed in 2016. I was told price for diagnosis was one price, then technician tried to tell me that the cost was more than double. Next told me my hot water tank was 4 years older than it was. Funny enough I know it’s exact age because this company installed the tank in 2016. Had them clean this tank to try and get it working, it didn’t. In the end, I ended up paying $400 and still don’t have a functioning hot water tank. Charged me for both the diagnostic and the clean. Usually companies with wave the diagnosis fee if utilizing another service. Feeling highly disappointed and scammed.

• If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. Our AC stopped working & Nate Griffin from this company came out & quoted my husband & I $15,000 saying that we need an entirely new AC unit & furnace. They unplugged the power & undid the wires to the capacitor and left it that way. Without even trying to simply replace the capacitor, to test that out. The next day, someone else came out for a second opinion, tested the capacitor, realized it was blown, replaced it, and now everything is up and running for $250. HJACK said they could do this whole replacement the next day, trying to urge us to act quickly with them. Horrible integrity & I would never recommend this company. Good luck.

I understand many people are having this issue, but to charge someone over $900 to not even fix the issue, leaving my sick relative in extreme heat, is disgusting work! DO BETTER.

• I just had Jose here for the spring cleaning and getting the A/C all ready for this summer. I explained how my neighbors roofer blew the debris into my backyard and directed toward my A/C unit last August to make sure the system gets a good cleaning. I couldn't believe how much roofing pieces flowed out, I knew I saw on camera them blowing the debris but had no clue how much until today. He made sure the system was working properly and got all the debris out. He is knowledgeable, caring and a very nice gentleman. I look forward to him servicing my furnace in fall.
