Updated, still the same recomm. We have been using Bhi/Henley since 2013 for our home and rental. We use the preventative maintenance program. We highly recommend them. Big jobs and small jobs, all done professionally and efficiently.

Called Henley’s At 2 PM and Billy showed up at 4 pm. He couldn’t have been nicer. He Unclogged two drains. He was clean, courteous, and friendly and got the work done in the short period of time.. I definitely recommend Henley’s. If I need plumbing in the future, I will gladly call them again. Thank you. I’m a happy camper!!

David and CJ replaced the pressure regulating valve, installed a new toilet and cleared our sink drain. Good amount of work for the hours spent here. We are relieved to finally have a draining sink, a toilet without any leaks and a better PSI throughout the house. They were both professional and hard working. Thank you two, we will call you again if we need more repairs.

Some issues were discovered while doing preventative maintenance on the AC system. (Henley installed the unit two years ago.) The repairs were able to be scheduled within a few days. Before that we had PM on a water heater which included flushing. This later resulted in clogging of hot water line. Again we received clear explanation, prompt return service. We also receive recommendations to improve efficiency or how to bring an old placement of unit up to code. Never pressured to do recommendations. Appreciate that service is documented with photos since I can't be on site. Texts are received about appointments, arrival time, and a photo of technician is included. Technicians also call us with clear explanations and are friendly and knowledgeable. If I call or email the office, I get a friendly , prompt response. I can't compare costs but I appreciate the good service from Henley's.

Gary the operation managers was very, very knowledgeable about my Rinnai hot water heater Henley's is a awesome plumbing company and they have parts that other plumbing companies cannot get or have they can get parts very quickl. I was without hot water for a week. And I'm so thankful that I called them because I know I probably would have been without hot water for another week. If I had dealt with another plumbing company. Dominic is the.service technician, he knows his stuff very knowledgeable when it comes to these heaters They both know their stuff. The company is very fast and quick at getting done what is needed to be done. They are the best. I really appreciate Henley"s as being my plumbing company.

Dominic actually completed an unfinished job from another company that didn’t know what they were doing. And to top it off - he was in and out in less than an hour compared to the previous 2 guys that took a full day! I explained what was wrong and he knew exactly how to fix it. I had a great experience with Henley's Plumbing and Air. I was having problems with clogged pipes, and David Casilla and Cervantae came out and got everything flowing again. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining what was going on and taking care of the problem. The service was quick, clean, and reliable.
