  • Scammers. These guys offered a free tune up just to try to say my furnace is all whack and requires replacement. Said I have a model that is very unreliable, my heat exchanger is broken, red tagged the furnace and left (this is a new house to me so I didn’t know these things before). Now am receiving follow up texts every day to try to sell me a new one. Got another quote from a family friend who disavowed everything that was said. Said I have one of the best furnace models, nothing is wrong with the heat exchanger otherwise his carbon monoxide reader would be going off the charts. Plus he said these guys should have left their diagnostic in the little folder on the thing and that was nowhere to be found. Avoid these guys!
