Told the man the ac needed coolant because it was low, empty or have a leak. The man said he cleaned the system out and did not out any coolant. Ac still blowing same temperature as outside or higher . Still waiting on someone to come back out and do what was original needed. Paid 160 for a job not complete as work order requested.

I recently used InAir Air Conditioning and Heating through my American Home Shield (AHS) plan. After the initial diagnosis of my A/C issue — along with an upfront charge to move forward — I was honestly concerned, based on past experiences with other AHS HVAC contractors, that I would end up facing significant additional costs. Fortunately, my experience with InAir was completely different. From the consistent communication with Kasey, who coordinated my appointments, to my interactions with Art, the repair technician, I could not have been more satisfied with the service I received. Both Kasey and Art were professional, informative, accommodating, pleasant, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they truly seemed to go above and beyond to help avoid unnecessary additional out-of-pocket expenses, which I sincerely appreciated. In fact, shortly after Art completed my repair this morning, I thanked him personally and then called Kasey to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service and overall experience. Great customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, and both Kasey and Art truly exceeded my expectations. They are valuable assets to InAir, and because of them in particular, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in the metro Atlanta area in need of HVAC repair services. Thank you both!
