• I've been having problems with my mini splits for a few years. I've had a few companies come out to try and help. Everyone agreed it was a leak. One company (the "5 diamond preferred" company recommended by Fujitsu) was a scam artist or worse. The other company that I got through a recommendation were nice guys, but they just couldn't slow down, focus, and track down the leak. They always ended up just topping up the coolant and saying they find the leak next time. I'm so thrilled that I found Jay and his technician Enrique. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home, but most importantly Enrique just took his time and patiently went through the process step by step until he found the problem. Because of going so long without finding it, I was really worried that the leak would be very difficult (and expensive) to find and fix, but i got really lucky and it wasn't. I'm so thrilled that I don't have to worry about my air conditioning this summer!! These guys have a new loyal customer.

My Wife and I purchased our home in early 2024, we figured with a little TLC and effort we could turn the house into a home before Our daughter was born a month later. Things were looking up until our Daughters second day home. Mid February and of course the furnace went out. A new born, no heat and all of the anxiety in the world. Until a close friend recommended Jaymon. We got in touch, I explained what was going on and by 7:30am sharp the next day he and his workers were at my front door ready to help. They started and did not leave until the job was done, nearly 14 hours later. • My furnace, for the first time in five years, was discharging water due to a faulty expansion tank. Like most of us we need a lesson on what this all means! Jay diagnosed the problem immediately and carefully explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He pointed out something on my furnace that I had been told to correct when I first moved in to my home and he then checked to see if I had a carbon monoxide alarm near by. • *********Scam, worst experience. Unprofessional management, poor timing. No receipt. Do not chose Jay Heating and Air. I contacted Jay because my boiler was calling for heat without the thermostat interacting with it. The tech arrived 20 minutes late and 165/hr rate began without even being on-site. The tech spent a lot of time "troubleshooting the issue", however, once he believed the issue was troubleshooted, the tech called Jay and continued to run tests to stay longer. Eventually, they came to the conclusion that the newly installed thermostat needed a whole new wiring configuration. The wiring configuration could take anywhere from 1-3 hours and at 165/hr; do the math. So in all, a service charge for 2 visits if they would have came back another day, and then 165 /hr for however long they felt they would want to milk the time. The worst part is Jay, even after the tech explained to him that the customer troubleshooted something, he said not knowing he was on speaker phone, " dont worry about what the customer said, just have him change the thermostat".

• We had a problem with one of our Slantfin boilers where the automatic feeder would not work correctly with the low water cutoffs. Our boiler is required by code to work with two low water cutoffs which require some complicated wiring and a more powerful transformer. We also needed a new low water cutoff to replace the old burnt out 67 which is installed in a tight space area that is difficult to work in. Jay came up with an efficient solution to solve our problem. After the installation, Jay and his partner also took the time to show us how everything worked, and even checked and bleed our other boiler. I find Jay to be very knowledgeable in this area and would highly recommend him to anyone!
