• Extremely Disappointing Experience – Beware of Their Dishonest Sales Tactics! While I was away from home, my HVAC system stopped blowing cold air. My family contacted Jazz HVAC, and they charged $59 just to inspect the system. First, they completely missed the original appointment without showing up. The following day, they arrived late again. After inspecting my rooftop HVAC unit (RTU), the technician started claiming there were all kinds of serious problems. He said there was mold, oil leaking, a potential fire hazard, and that the entire unit was old and in terrible condition. Then came the shocking part: They quoted $1,400 for repairs and told my family they COULD NOT GUARANTEE the HVAC system would even work after the repairs! Are you kidding me? How can you charge someone $1,400 and not even guarantee that the system will work? When I finally returned home, I inspected the system myself, purchased a $30 capacitor, replaced it, and guess what? THE HVAC STARTED WORKING PERFECTLY! A $30 part fixed the problem that Jazz wanted $1,400 to supposedly repair, without any guarantee. In my experience, this company tried to take advantage of my family while I was away by making the situation sound much worse than it actually was. BEWARE OF JAZZ HVAC! I FEEL THEIR PRACTICES WERE DISHONEST AND MISLEADING. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any expensive repairs from this company. What they quoted: $1,400 with no guarantee. What actually fixed my AC: A $30 capacitor. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS

• HUGE shoutout to Sammy!!! Our A/C went out during a heatwave, and I thought we were going to be without air for a while. I went to Home Depot and happened to run into a Home Depot manager and Jazz rep, and they offered to come out and check out our broken A/C that same day. Sammy came out to took a look. He needed some extra parts, so unfortunately we weren’t able to get the A/C fixed that day. But Sammy was kind enough to leave us with a portable A/C in the meantime. When I tell you this SAVED us over the weekend, I mean it! I couldn’t thank him enough. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and really great customer service. Sammy came back on Monday with the parts he needed and got our A/C fixed. The repair took some time, but he made sure it was done correctly, and our A/C is back up and running! We’re super happy with our experience with Jazz. Thank you so much to Jazz and especially Sammy for going above and beyond to help us out!

• Jazz saved the day! My water heater went out and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to shower today, not good. I called Jazz and they got me in SAME DAY - which was huge because no hot water is an emergency. The plumber, Koda Villegas, came out quickly. He arrived at the time he said he would, was clean, friendly, and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, presented options to fix, and took care of the repair. • Whenever I have any issue with my HVAC or plumbing, they are always the first ones I call. One morning, I woke up to find that I had no water throughout the entire house. It turned out that my water softener from Home Depot had malfunctioned, causing sediment to build up throughout all the water lines in my home. They were able to flush the lines and install a new system quickly. I truly cannot thank them enough for their generosity, professionalism, and willingness to help. • Aug-Sept 2026: Google doesn’t let me add two reviews for the same company, so I’m updating my existing review. I am giving Jazz another 5 star review, this time for their HVAC and water heater install teams. I had an old AC/heating system and water heater that needed replacing and the Jazz team gave a competitive deal and was able to get to work immediately. Shout out to Rich, Chris, Mason and Felipe for being pros the entire time. They were courteous, professional, transparent, and informative the entire way. This was a pretty big job and this team knocked it out in 3-4 business days. A-level teams here all around! Nov 2025: 5 stars because of Carlos and his absolute dedication to getting the job done. I can’t thank him enough. There were a few initial hiccups that required multiple visits from different folks. But when Carlos arrived, he looked me in the eye and told me he WAS going to fix my problem for me. And did he ever, even when it meant he had to reach down a pipe opening full of sewage all the way to his shoulder. He then helped unclog the laundry sink that had nearly overflowed with sewage. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was an amazing feat to watch. It was also fascinating to watch him use a variety of pumps, snakes and other machines skillfully. Carlos really saved the day. My family didn’t have running water for over 10 days by that point, and the backed up sewage in our laundry sink was definitely a health hazard. Thank you Carlos!!
