Very happy with KC Prestige... very timely and professional.

Had equipment installed last year that went well. However, once they got the money after the install, getting KCPrestige to return a service call is practically impossible. I've even tried to sign up for the maintenance plan. They don't return messages on their web site, phone calls or text messages. This has happened more than once since purchasing the equipment in fall of '24. This is not specific to this summers heat wave. I have completely lost faith in their willingness to provide HVAC support after the initial purchase. I cannot recommend KCPrestige.

I called during a significant heat wave and had a service tech out within 2 hours on a Friday! Cody serviced my system and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and made recommendations without creating pressure. I think the service was done well and I would consider doing business here in the future!

I highly recommend them. They didn't try to sell me - a senior citizen with a teeny tiny little space- a large unnecessary HVAC system and I appreciated their honesty and integrity and patience!!! Had to tweak a couple of things after install but they were very fast and responsive and I am very much enjoying my new HVAC system!!! They offered good financing as well.

KC Prestige responded quickly and installed my AC at a very reasonable price. Unlike some of the other companies that wanted to replace the entire HVAC system, they stated the furnace was still functioning well and just did maintenance on that. I had an issue with my HVAC system after that and they responded quickly. Was definitely very pleased with them.

My AC decided to die on a Sunday night. I submitted a repair through my home warranty Sunday night and they had the company not scheduled to come out until Wednesday. Two days of 90’ degree weather was not going to be acceptable. I called the company directly and they fit me in immediately. Cody and Mike arrived with friendly faces and extreme politeness. Got right to work and within 10 mins located the issue, motor was shot. They were able to locate a local supplier with the correct partway and returned back very quick. With part in hand got me back up with AC in less than 30 minutes. Ahhh cool air again. WOW THATS AMAZING SERVICE!! So knowledge and professional. I highly recommend this company and this crew.

AC was working great, just old. Got it serviced as a due diligence thing since it had been a while. Somehow despite it keeping the entire house cool all summer, they told my wife it lacks coolant that’ll cost $400. And when I tell my wife to decline, I come home to an AC unit that no longer cools and get to sleep in the heat. Gotta love it. Amazing how paying $280 to service a unit ends you up with a newly nonfunctional AC unit.

Our AC went out overnight and we were in a bind. I reached out to several companies and Nick with KC Prestige responded almost immediately. On a holiday, Nick was out to our place within an hour, diagnosed our issues, and our unit was fixed within 24 hours. Nick went above and beyond for us as the fan motor we needed was hard to find. He called several of his connections and got us what we needed, and he didn’t have to do that. That goes a long way with us as he could have just let us know we were out of luck until the next week. KC Prestige (and Nick’s business contact) are both saved in my contact list and we will absolutely be going back to them for future needs. Thank you so much Nick, and KC Prestige HVAC!

I have had my furnace replaced as well as work done on my AC. I'm more than happy with their work. The turnaround time was pretty much next day for their assessment visits and for the actual replacement. Work is professional and looks good.
