• Falon was prompt and courteous. Work was done within the time period provided to me when scheduling duct cleaning appointment. Reason for not receiving 5 "stars" is that the equipment used appears to have left a few marks on new carpet that was installed less than a week ago. Guess there are no "booties" for equipment wheels. Tenant is gonna see if they come up after running vaccum.Tenant provided a few pictures. Also, there is no citrusy smell

• Falon was courteous, thorough and professional. He performed a semi-annual PM on the top-line Daikin heating system, on-demand water heater, pressure tank and garage heater that Knik Heating installed for me in 2023. Cost was due to furnace water filter replacement and water heater sediment drainage needed periodically, but not annually. As usual, Falon gave me the filter specs so I can order it myself to have on hand next time, saving a few bucks. I also have a service subscription with Knik that saves me money each year. The techs have always been more than helpful and are keen to ensure I have proper water pressure and anything else affected by the system. I recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.

• I wouldn’t use them again. I had to call for heat on a Sunday to get my boiler working. They came out and seemed friendly and professional. Then Aiden came upstairs and told me I had a dial that was broke and he has a way to turn on my heat on without it but would not turn on my heat unless I agreed to pay them to come back and replace the part. So Im told I can freeze in my house waiting a week for a part OR he can bypass the hardware and turn the heat on(Ive already agreed to pay for this visit) but him turning the heat on was contingent on me paying them again to come out. This is piss poor service and I will not use them again. Absolutely unethical and unprofessional. What a shame. They invoice you and expect payment before they fix anything. Company policy. There it is. I was then made to wait all day for technician. Im used to that no problem. Technician calls and says “on way with part”. Half hour later guy calls and says your part is cracked. They had another one in a day. Look the parts probably $20. Why not expedite it from the beginning? So listen Im done after this but I just feel like this org doesnt have a grip on service, quality control, and training for young people. Tell people up front what to expect, turn on their heat, and teach them how to communicate the proper message. If its a small part, expedite it. Check the part as soon as it comes in, not after a customer takes a day off work and sits home all day waiting for you. Again, just communicate better and scale up your service. Nothing you cant fix.

• We unfortunately had a smell coming through the vents of our oil fired home heating system which is over 30 years old. Aiden made an emergency maintenance call after hours and was at our house in less than 45 minutes. Turned out our furnace had rusted through and was venting a small amount of exhaust directly into our house. Aiden shut our furnace down and Knik is installing a new furnace next week. Luckily we have five heaters we placed throughout the house to keep the temperature up (it is still getting into the mid 20's at night). I cannot speak highly enough of Knik Heating and Aiden's knowledge and professionalism. We are switching all of our HVAC services to Knik Heating.
