  • This particular day was stressful for me because I had an important medical meeting I could not change, my back-up person was ill and housekeeping services which were pre-scheduled for the same time had to be re-arranged. Bob not only found and rectified the problem with the sump pump but also checked with the office to confirm he could save a service call by completing our annual furnace inspection as he was already on site . All the work was completed with no further consultation, and a minimum of disruption for my back-up person who provided payment. Thank you, Bob, you are a superstar!

  • Leak detection services are not something I would recommend from this company. Came to assess recent water damage on our basement ceiling and we were told they have been in the business for 20 years and do not require specialized equipment as their plumbers could locate the problem. They charged upfront and had no idea where the problem is. *edit* Upon this review Tyler reached out and came to assess with equipment. He ruled out plumbing and identified risks. May not be resolved, but appreciated the hands on approach to give us a way forward in resolving the leak.

  • He was a bit late, but when he arrived he got right to business. He was friendly and a good sport at having to replace an indoor water shut off valve under the stairs and a hot water tank in a tight corner. I very much appreciate how hard he works and explains what he has done.

  • What a great company,, after speaking with Shiela who was friendly and very informative,, she advised us that she was sending Ken within an hour. Ken showed up and went straight to work,,, Both my wife and I were amazed at Ken’s perseverance,,, He kept plugging away until he pulled out a little skin cream tube, a razor 🪒 , a nail brush and a little plastic stopper all tossed in by my little grandson. Ken then tested the flow rate and ran the snake 🐍 again to be sure the little fella ❤️didn’t toss anything else in.. Ken was a real gentleman and we are grateful for his professionalism.
