• I was having issues with my AC and thought it was the filters and then when I realized it might of been something else, I called and they sent someone out as my digital reading was saying AC isn't running, poor air quality, within an hour they had someone at our home. They went over everything within the AC units and before they left came back in to make sure everything was running again and the Eco thermostat was running as well. I give them credit for taking care of it in the pouring rain. Great staff, I am so glad we found a dependable, reliable and all around family Heating and Cooling company to help us with our needs.

The central air system they installed has had multiple issues and they are not responding to questions and repair requests. They are not even knowledgeable on the specs of equipment they recommend. Find another HVAC company.

• I had a terrific experience with the team from Max Heating and Cooling. In my 100+ year old home, they converted my heating from oil to gas, and also installed central air. This also required electrical system upgrades - all done by the team from Max Heating and Cooling. Scheduling was easy, and the job was very professional, with high quality work. I would highly recommend working with them to upgrade your heating and cooling systems. They knew what the best products were and the best solution for my old house. The result was minimal changes to the overall household and I was able to finally get rid of the oil tank in the basement, and all of my window AC units.

• What a great experience. We noticed our AC had gone out overnight and we were worried because we had some 90+ days coming up. We called at 8AM. Dan, the owner, was at our house shortly after 9 and had diagnosed and fixed the problem (a mouse nested in the unit and fried the capacitor) by 930 and also gave us some good advice to keep the problem from recurring and to keep the system in good shape. Highly recommended! Will definitely be calling when it's time to replace the system.

Called the number for Max, got connected to Dan (the owner), and he sent someone out within a few hours. Joe carefully diagnosed the problem, and unfortunately I needed a new unit. Dan got me a prompt quote for a new unit and sent someone out the next day to install! Paulo got the system up and running in no time; the workmanship quality was high. • Max Heating and Cooling is outstanding. My old heat pump system wasn't working, so I contacted one of the big companies in the Boston area. Their guy came in and wouldn't even look to see what was wrong with my unit. They immediately told me that I needed a new system and quoted me an outrageous price. They told me that they needed to rip out all my walls to put it in. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I put a request through yelp. Dan, the owner of Max, emailed me within an hour with his cell number. Stacey, the office manager, called me first thing the next morning and sent out Joseph, who did a careful analysis of my system. It did need to be replaced. Paulo came out and did an outstanding installation, over 3 days, staying late on a Friday night to complete it. My walls were all kept intact.
