This was the first time I used. Meyer. Heating and cooling. I was so impressed with their service person. He was so friendly so informative. And on top of all of that he smelt gas coming from my meter. Told me to call spire. Which I did. I am so thankful for his heads up observation. Since I have had COVID. I cannot smell anymore. I don't know how long it would have been till someone else noticed the smell of gas. I also purchased a contract. to come back in the fall. Thank you Jeffrey for your services.

WOW, Joe Werner is an amazing technician. Not only did he diagnose my summer excess humidity problem as an incorrect thermostat setting for the fan, but he also solved my winter excess humidity problem before I even asked him about it. I had a new Aprilaire humidifier installed last fall. It constantly pushed extra humidity into the house 5% to 10% higher than the setting. Several calls to Meyer and Aprilaire could not solve the problem. Today I asked Joe if any of his customers had experrienced erratic and excess humidity performance from their Aprilaire humidifiers. He said, "Oh, I fixed that for you". There is a little switch inside the door for more/less humidity that was turned to more. He switched it back. This is a new model just introduced by Aprilaire last year. It seems the secret of this little switch wasn't publicized very much. Don't know how Joe learned about it, but he gets a five-star rating for exceptional technical knowledge and excellent customer support. He has renewed my confidence in Meyer Heating and Air as my number one HVAC company.

Joseph Werner did a great job. He was professional and offered options for me to choose from. I feel good about the work completed. Joseph also went above and beyond what was expected. He helped me set up remote access to to my thermostat. This was maintenance on furnace new to me Meyer Heating and cooling installed a new furnace and a/c unit in July 2022 at my previous home. I do not hesitate to recommend Meyer Heating and Cooling all the time.
