Rolando was fabulous. On time. Excellent communication. Clear descriptions of status of HVAC equipment. It was not in good shape. No surprise due to its age. Very thorough and concise. Austin followed up at a later date with recommendations on improvements that could be made to the current HVAC system. Again, there are not enough superlatives to describe my experience. Andres followed up on the new install and again, cannot say enough good things about him. I’m continue to be impressed. You simply cannot find a more reputable company and employees. Still family owned and it shows.

Wow! What a fantastic job Jose did fixing and replacing water heaters! He was thorough and friendly. He arrived promptly early morning and didn’t leave until after 8:30 pm. Making sure everything worked properly! Highly recommend Jose and Milestone. (PS. I write a lot of reviews because I call milestone for just about everything. My own home and investment properties.)

Justyn was great as always! Reconnected our flue pipe after our roofers left it disconnected! PSA, always check your flue pipe after roofing work, they come disconnected sometimes with all the hammering. Thankfully Milestone caught it when Allen came to do our AC tune up before it got cold!!

Today Milestone did our heating maintenance check/up. Semja did an excellent job. He cleaned and checked the units inside and outside. He thoroughly explained what was done and what repair or improvements I might want to do to improve our insulation. We will consider doing it. Semja had a helper, I can’t remember his name, and he was excellent, too! Florencio Perez serviced our A/C unit. He thoroughly explained the problem. He did the work and completely cleaned up and left no mess. Florencio was pleasant and respectful.

Kevin Clemente installed two Ecobee thermostats and was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived promptly in spite of the storm, and was very careful to avoid tracking any mud in. One star deducted due to price but Kevin earns five stars.
