I was very frustrated when I spoke to Becca on 9.12.26. She scheduled Jason to check out our A/C problem this morning. Jason was exceptional! Tech didn’t seem very knowledgeable. I specifically requested someone come out and check my existing duct work and service size for replacing and instead they sent someone out that couldn’t test anything just told me my air conditioner was already broken which I already knew and said they would send someone else within the hour but still demanded I pay the 89$ fee for someone coming out now. Very dissatisfied with my experience
