The team of installers (Flavo, Vidal, Jorge) came out the next day; they were hardworking and didn’t leave a trace of a full installation (dust/debris) either inside or outside our home. I think home warranty customers are lower on the priority, so they gave me an appointment for Wednesday between 12 and 3PM. Chen followed up a couple of times to confirm the appointment. Javier was the service tech. He is professional, courteous and thorough. He arrived on time and figured out the issue very quickly and fixed my AC unit in about 30 minutes. He explained me the issue and answered the questions I had. There was no attempt to sell additional services or products. This was a 5-star experience as a customer.
