Highly recommend for HVAC. Do not recommend at all for electric, customer service, or communication. Edit: 9/2026. Editing my star down because the brand new mini split they installed for us on July stopped working in September. After multiple service trips to our property resulting in missed work days, push back from the Customer Service team, and unfulfilled promises from the technicians and supervisors we spoke with, I am regretful that we chose this company. The ONLY bright light in it all was Trent, the electrician. He was the only employee I spoke with who took the time to actually apologize for the trouble we had experienced and admit that they had dropped the ball— including the Customer Service Specialists.

Juan arrived at 8:25 am. He was professional, polite and asked several troubleshooting questions. He exuded experience and knowledge. That said, only time will tell if Juan identified the root cause of the intermittent AC problem. Additionally, I would like to designate Juan as my preferred HVAC tech.

Nick did fine but we’ve been very upset with petermans products. We just bought a new furnace and A/C from you for $15000 and we’ve had nothing but problems. We’ve had 5 different servicemen work on it in the last 4 months. It keeps freezing up. Very disappointed in your products. Would not recommend you to anyone!
