• Severe Workmanship and Negligence My experience with ProTrades Mechanical was a complete disaster from start to finish. During the initial installation, their crew displayed gross field incompetence by leaving primary plumbing connections loose behind our walls, which triggered an active, basement flood. When confronted with the damage on-site, the crew was incredibly rude, and verbally unprofessional and I had to pressurize them to take full accountability. Furthermore, their installation workmanship behind the walls was shockingly sloppy. They left multiple main pipe support brackets completely un-driven, with mounting nails sticking halfway out of the wooden floor joists, and left heavy vertical water lines completely unanchored and shaking in mid-air near the equipment wall. Despite having a full corporate warranty and an invoice stamped Paid in Full, management completely refused to respond or honor their labor warranty to fix these loose fixtures and bracing hazards. They completely cut off communication, forcing me to personally step in and handle the structural weather-proofing. Do not let their reviews fool you—look very closely behind your walls at their unfinished work before you pay them a single dollar.

• March 20, 2026 Pro Trades saved the day again! I was leaving for a weekend get away and the furnace started making a loud noise the night before. I called right at 8am and spoke to Brian. He was great. Called me right back saying they were on their way. Chris arrived and within minutes knew exactly what was going on. He went and picked up a new part and installed it. All within one hour! He was awesome! My furnace is now whisper quiet and running great. I could not be happier. Thank you so much! Feb 6 2023. I called this morning and spoke to Kate on the phone. I told her my furnace had stopped working during the night. The house was already getting quite cold. I purchased the furnace from ProTrades and it still had warranty on it. She was so nice and said a tech would be there by noon. A few minutes later she called back and said they would be there in one hour. Amazing! My stress level dropped immensely. Chris, their service tech arrived with a big smile on his face. He went right to work and fixed it right up. He was very pleasant and polite. Explained everything he was doing and showed me what he did. I was very impressed by his professionalism. This company has the best employees and are always prompt and ready to help.
