The drain on the condensation pan was blocked causing the safety switch turn the thermostat off. They cleaned the line and restarted the unit. Very pleased.

First tech they sent identified some issues and tried to fix them. However, we didn't feel like our problems got addressed so they sent out a second tech, Joseph. Joseph's communication was great and he seemed to have found and fixed the problem.

Lost our ac and how Prudhom come out to fix it. The techs were fast and efficient. They replaced the blower motor which was under warranty however, they were still very very pricey. In hind sight I probably should have gotten another quote.

I have recently changed over to this company and the two times that they have been out. It has been a great experience. I did not experience pressure to buy new units and my units were clean thoroughly and I have three of them and they have been working fine since and I have definitely better cooling than what’s going on prior to their visit.
