Pure AIR started with a simple idea: people deserve to breathe better at home and at work. What began as hands-on HVAC work in Los Angeles grew into a full-service heating and air conditioning company built on comfort, honesty, and quality. Today, our portfolio includes USPS commercial projects as well as many beautiful homes across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles. We specialize in HVAC repair, AC replacement, heat pump installation, ductwork, indoor air quality, and energy-efficient systems. Every system is sized right, installed clean, and explained clearly — no shortcuts, no pressure, just reliable HVAC service and air you can feel good about.

• We hired Pure Air to replace our 25+ year old, single stage gas furnace and AC compressor with a 3-ton AC Pro ducted mini-split, and my only regret is that we didn't do this sooner! The AC Pro is soooooo quiet - we can barely tell that it's running. The new compressor outside is also very quiet, compared with the one we used to have which was such a beast. The team was incredibly professional as well. The installers, Julio and Brayan, are awesome, hardworking guys who did a really great job of minimizing the mess (they had to cut drywall to put in ceiling vents, but left everything really clean and dust-free). Nathan worked hard to figure out the best system for our house, and was a great advocate for our needs. Miranda and Dmitrii are very responsive as well. All around, I highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them in the future when we have a mini-split installed in our garage!

• I needed to either add a new AC unit to our existing gas furnace heater in our garage or replace the whole unit with a new heat pump/exchanger. Anthony from Pure AIR LA came out to work on the quote. Out of the 3 HVAC companies that came out, Pure AIR LA ended up being fastest quote response, center of the pricing range and also was a representative for the manufacturer I wanted (Daikin). We opted to also relocate our entire unit into our attic, and while up there, also had them install new exhaust vents (and duct work) for our bathrooms. The electrical team, the HVAC installation team, and also the dry wall fella were all great. And I was pleased to see Anthony was involved from quote to execution to finish. We had some minor electrical & wall patch work issue develop during installation that was taken care of immediately the same week. Anthony was very communicative especially via text (weekday & weekend). Overall a very painless, pleasant experience. I’d recommend these guys.

• We came home to find a huge puddle of water leaking out of a lighting fixture in the ceiling. Trouble shooting began with turning off the AC and the leaking eventually stopped after several hours. Unfortunately, this meant no AC during a heat wave. The indoor temperature quickly became unbearable so I did a search on Yelp and sent an inquiry to Pure Air after reading all the positive reviews. Anthony responded immediately to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time (actually early!), figured out the issue, ordered the parts and fixed our AC the following day. He also cleaned the piping, changed the freon and the filter all for a reasonable price. It was an absolute pleasure working with Pure Air. Anthony is knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and trustworthy. We will be calling Pure Air for any of our AC needs including maintenance and especially when it's time to replace our unit. Our house is cool and comfortable again thanks to Anthony!!!
