I had an emergency call because I can’t stand to be hot. My AC was not cooling properly in this 100+ degree weather and Mr Rick came out after 8pm and got us taken care of! No one else could come out from other companies although they all advertised 24/7 service. I’m greatly pleased with Ruby’s Air service and for working me in last minute after hours!

Ruby AC is prompt and very knowledgeable about all AC systems. The technician (Rick) is very knowledgeable , professional, and very honest. Rick serviced my AC and he arrived well within the appt time, he even called and let me know he was on the way and gave an ETA. Rick gave my unit a through inspection and identified the problem almost immediately and we discussed the best economical solution. After we discussed the estimate, Rick retrieved the part from his supplier and returned within the hour to install it. Rick is one of the most experienced, reliable tech I have met in a long time. Ruby is a top notch service provider and i will recommend Ruby to everyone I know. Thank you Ruby for having this knowledgeable technician. I will continue to use Ruby for all my AC needs. They deserve a 10 star not 5 star.

Quick, courteous service for a very reasonable price. 13 Year Old unit stopped cooling the house very well. I called Rubys Air on a Saturday afternoon and Mikey recommended me a few things to look at until he could get out on Monday. We scheduled a window between 2pm-4pm and when I got home at 2pm sharp he was already there. On Monday he found out that our Evap Coil was almost totally rusted and corroded due to a longterm leak. He said he'd call Lennox Tuesday morning to check on part availability and cost. By 8AM Tuesday, I received an e-mail with the full estimate for the repair and I was able to approve the estimate via their Online Customer Portal. We agreed to have the repair done on Thursday. On Wednesday mid day, and we got a happy surprise that he could move the repair up to Wednesday instead. I agreed and Mikey pulled up to the house about a minutes after I did. He did a great job removing our old coil, emptying the system of old refrigerant and making sure we had the right amount of refrigerant for the new coil. The process was very quick and easy from the beginning to end. Would highly recommend Rubys Air for any of your HVAC needs.
