• Warning to 76227 homeowners: I am repeated customer for sailors first they charged only $89 second time they charged very high for the same fuse replacement.Sailor's Heating & Air charged me $270 second time for a simple fuse replacement and falsely diagnosed my system, telling me I needed a completely new thermostat Gave $600 estimate for $80 thermostat. In reality, they missed a glaring, chewed-up low-voltage wire that was causing a short circuit. Because they missed the root cause, the system blew out again immediately. I had to pay a competent, third-party HVAC company to actually find the short and fix it right. When I called Sailor's to ask for a refund for the failed, incomplete repair (offering to let them keep a basic trip fee), they flat-out refused to take accountability. Check their diagnostics carefully before you buy parts you don't need
