Sadly, I am looking for a new company to contract with, for my twice a year service. I have been with Seasonal Comfort for 25+ years. They were always a fair, honest, trustworthy company. All things change, and the change came to Seasonal Comfort when the business was sold. Triad Heating and Cooling now owns Seasonal Comfort. Cliff and Gerald no longer own or run the company. It makes me sad to leave, as one of two service technicians have serviced and or installed my systems for the entire time. I recently had a simple issue, that caused my system to fail. A run capacitor failed, and the compressor was not kicking in. The issue first showed in May, as the capacitor was starting to fail. My wife called seasonal comfort, and they came to find the system operating as expected. About a month later, the capacitor finally quit. When it failed most recently, it was a weekend after hours call. The price quoted for the repair was well over $700.00, on top of the after hours service call fee, which used to be the same as a business hour fee if you had a service contract. My bill was going to be in the range of $1000.00 to install a $25.00 capacitor. This is so sad, and so representative of where things in this nation are headed. Where has honesty, integrity, and fairness gone in business? I paid the service fee, and refused the exuberant fee quoted for the repair. I truly hate that the foundation of trust and integrity, built by the company founders, has now been eroded by greed.

Paul is a very straightforward and honest man that knows his stuff. Found a problem overlooked by another company two years ago. Not a place with a lot of fanfare or arm waving. Just solid people who keep their word and do good work.

My first contact was perfect as they fit me into the schedule that same day I called. I remembered that and called a second time I needed a repair couple years later. Again same day with work completed. Highly recommend Seasonal Comfort!

Great company, great people, great service. My father always chose Seasonal Comfort for service and maintenance at our family home. We have been doing business with them for more than 20 years.

At first, just the fan broke upstairs. They came and said that motor mounts were rusted out. They had a adapter to fix, but in the mean time the compressor failed in the downstairs unit. We decided to redo both 40 year old patched up systems. I also got a neat little split system for the recreation room so I didn't have to be as cold as my wife likes it. These are honest hard-working people that use the best equipment they know about, and they enjoy their work.

These people are the biggest rip off ever ... i call them out to my house 2 times . 1 st was about a 2 years ago because my air would not keep up they told it was the coils an supposedly replaced it. Cost about 300 dollars .. Air still didnt keep up! Called back last year in the summer an had them come back out because air would not keep up again still was really never fixed keep in mind they put the unit in as well! Man came out said drain pipe was cloggged an he unclogged it another $179 dollars . Next day air still didnt keep up. Called back lady was really rude an said someone would call me back never heard a word. So this year had someone else come out .... needless to say the coils had never been changed they were so dirty there was black mold all in where they never cleaned out my drain pipe an water was leaking ever were in unit under house ... the drain pipe was so clogged an nasty ! So my I would NEVER EVER recommend using them total rip offf ... take your money an claim they fixed something an didnt even do it so if you dont know anything this stuff dont use them they will rip u off!!!!! A servicing should have involed all that i described an nothing was done! Do not use them !!!

My husband is a contractor and feels Seasonal Comfort consistently has competitive prices. He feels they are honest and knowledgeable about energy efficiency (not all HVAC contractors know how to size a system right or care).
