• Having your a/c go out can be a stressful situation. I called Semper Fi around 1pm and Darin, I think that was his name, was friendly, helpful, and able to get me a same day appointment around 2pm. Rafael was the technician that came to diagnose. He was polite and explained the situation. It was a 30 yr old unit needing discontinued freon among other issues and needed to be replaced. He made the process in financing a new unit extremely easy. Angel and Miguel were here the next morning at 7am and were done by 1130-12pm. They were also professional, friendly, and careful. Great experience all around. Thank you Semper Fi!

• Luis came to do a check up on my AC unit today. It was something I put off for years. Luis was awesome. He explained everything that he was doing. He was totally professional and very knowledgeable. He even found out the unit was still under warranty and emailed me that info for future use. A start capacitor was replaced as it was old and getting past its prime. The price was excellent and we spoke like friends for a few minutes after the job was complete. They even gave me a military discount. The entire experience from start to finish to finish was absolutely professional and would not hesitate to call them again.

• The motor on our HVAC burned itself out on 9/22/26. We called Semper Fi. They arrived within 30 minutes. Lex was the Technician that gave us the bad news our HVAC motor had burned itself out. September 23, 2026 two Technician arrived with all the equipment for a new install. They installed the new equipment making sure our house was not damaged. • Semper Fi gets a 4 star rating. The only reason it's not a five star rating is the product selection that you are peddling. We've had our HVAC system 7 months and you guys have been out twice replacing electronic boards, etc. Again, this is a brand new system. I consider an HVAC system like a washer/dryer, dishwasher; a durable good which should give me many years of trouble free service. It doesn't matter if its considered "good", "better" or "top shelf" it only has to do one thing and do it well for a long time, period! We are happy with your customer service response time but I think if you would sell a better quality product that help. I'm glad I have a long term warranty.
