  • Scheduling was super easy and the technician arrived on time and did a good job checking my HVAC. However, I was mistakenly billed $99 for a service dispatch fee and after calling twice over two weeks, I haven’t been able to get in touch with a human on the other side to clear that up. Happy to update my review once that’s resolved, but in the meantime, your AI call agent is great for scheduling, but not so great for anything besides that.
