When it's 10 degrees or less and your furnace goes on the blink, it is amazing to have a professional technician come out within an hour and make needed repairs. Steve's took care of our air conditioner problem within the hour of calling. We have used them for years. They are honest, skilled, and trustworthy.

I called today when we realized my air conditioner was working...a repairman came out and after checking it out told me very politely it wasn't my air conditioner...it was an electrical problem!! He was very nice and even cleaned out the air conditioning unit because this was the first year my husband was too sick to do it...many thanks!!!!

The team still needs to come out early next week to patch the leak and confirm no other leaks so this isn’t a comprehensive review, but very happy with the work they’ve done so far. Josh was helpful and efficient, identifying the issues quickly and providing me with next steps. Very friendly. If the additional work goes just as well, will definitely be a return customer as needed.

We paid $354 last December just for a new (basic) thermostat. The gentlemen obviously was not equipped with a level and installed it crooked. I'm still salty about it and leaving a review now because I have to look at it every day and know that I paid good money for that wonky thermostat to be put there professionally.

This was a general service call. My HVAC stopped cooling and the condenser and evaporator coils froze. The technician showed up 15 minutes early and solved the issue within 2-3 minutes. Excellent mannerisms for customer service.

Awesome experience using them. A/C went out on a 100 degree Sunday, called them and they had a tech out within an hour. I attempted to fix it prior for some dumb reason and the tech diagnosed the issue with 2 minutes of being in front of the unit. Not only did Dylan fix my issue, he put my mess of an attempt back together, and was very nice/professional about it. He explained everything to me in a simple way that made sense and set us up for a cooler July day. Strongly recommend them.

Steve's Is a good place to call for your heating and cooling needs. Very friendly and prompt. We had a part stop on our AC this morning, I called Steve's and Josh came about an hour later. He had to drive to Lee's Summit to pick up the particular part needed and got back way earlier than I thought he might, installed and we have a cool home again.
