  • I received a top of the line furnace for a very competitive price. Arron who is Superiors representative worked with me regardless of time to ensure I received the proper furnace at a fair price. Once we agreed on the furnace and price he arranged to install the furnace that same afternoon. Well, all is complete. The furnace is paid in full, installed, and working with my central air conditioner perfectly. From the initial phone call to Superior, to the final installation, the process took one and a half days. All good. I’m happy.

He was very professional and honest about the difficulty of the process, as our pipes are old and difficult to navigate. After the job was complete, he noticed that our kitchen faucet had lost its original water pressure. Kyle tried to fix the problem on the spot, but was unable to identify the cause. He took full responsibility and promised to come back the following day and fix the problem. The next day, he brought a new kitchen faucet and installed it. Kyle went above and beyond and was very professional in the process.
