Our HVAC unit was 25 years old and needed replacing. We typically contact three vendors but stopped at our second choice, Surgis, after Keef’s “estimate” was our first.. Arthur Murdock was our technician and Josh Foret handled our financing. Both were very respectful, professional, and transparent. The finance options and employees sealed this deal for my home. Can’t recommend this company, but especially the employees, enough! Give them a call. *Edit Unit had gone out due to power surge from Entergy. Was frustrated as it was a new unit. However, the technician came out and got it running again. Explained it was a bad sensor from the manufacturer and took care of it. Technician Johnathan Voiron was very transparent and helpful. Checked to make sure everything else was running correctly and even recommended ways to improve the efficiency of the unit. Even directed supply vents to improve cooling the home. Their team are really good and honest people and why we chose them for this service. Can’t recommend enough! 2nd Edit: 6 months later, and the unit has gone out for the second time. Not sure if installed improperly or what the issue is. Given it is a completely new Trane AC unit, the price of a new car, it is unacceptable. The soonest possible appointment for them to diagnose it is 24 hours later. Unacceptable and have changed my review to 3 stars instead of 5.

Brandon Graves was exceptional. He installed a de- humidifier in our attic. It’s the 1st time the air co vents have not leaked with humidity. He did research that nite & returned to add extra safety valves on the drain pans& cut wood blocks to raise & stabilize the new equipment. He came back a 3rd day to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Brandon Graves. He is a very professional & experienced young man. He also leaves your home very clean‼️

Quoted $1200 to do a rooftop drain cleaning And over $600 for crawl space drain cleaning Tech said that is the cost when you get an independent plumber. Thanks for that information. Will take his advice and get a large company plumber. What a disappointment.
