• I can’t give Texas HVAC Experts enough stars. I am extremely pleased with every person involved in the headache of dealing with a/c issues. I noticed a frozen coil to my outside unit and called Chris, who installed an a/c unit for me 2 years ago. He had a technician out within 8 hours. I was very pleased as this was in the midst of numerous 100°+ days. Brandon came out, assessed my unit and was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. After weighing the options and prices involved, I felt the best option was to replace the 28 yr old upstairs unit. He called John who came immediately and gave me detailed options for different units and even helped me in deciding the best path for me, which was not the most expensive option, like I feel most other companies would push. Being the day before the holiday weekend, I expected the installation to be a week or more into the future. He offered to have the installation the next day, Saturday!! Brandon and Tyler showed up at 8 am and worked diligently until 5 pm. They changed the existing duct work to be more cool effluent and installed the new unit perfectly. Brandon even vacuumed the indoor rooms of the sediment that blew out upon starting the new a/c. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I highly recommend Texas HVAC Experts for any HVAC needs. I definitely will be using them as needed and will refer them to anyone needing HVAC repairs or replacement. Thank you all for showing that there are still honest, hard working, accommodating businesses out there. They took a major stressful time and made it a great experience.
