• We've worked with both Robert and Mike and we've used this company for a few years now. Both have been efficient, effective, informative, and haven't tried to upsell me. We've usually gotten just minor repair work done on our 15 year old swamp cooler, as well as winterization/dewinterization. We also recently had them replace our heater (+duct and electrical work), as it was a unit that was installed by someone who clearly thought of fire code as "more of a suggestion". After the water pump went out, and Mike fixed it (also made it less of a fire hazard), we got them to quote us for fully replacing it. • When our 24 year old air conditioner started to die we called Total Comfort Heating and Cooling because we had done business with then a couple of times in the past and were always satisfied and happy with their service and professionalism. And again that proved to be the case. Robert came out to check things over for us and it was awesome to have his familiar face still doing HVAC service. Just like before, he was friendly and polite and super patient with all of our questions. And believe me, I had a lot of questions! Instead of just telling us about a leak in the air conditioner coil and a crack in the heat exchanger in our furnace he actually showed us! Of course we would have believed him anyway since both units were now 24 years old, but it was nice to see it for ourselves, you know? Robert wrote us a quote and helped us to get the financing we needed to replace both. The price was higher than we were expecting but there were a couple of extra electrical things and a new air return we had to add in our basement to bring everything up to code now since codes change over the years and our system was so old. We set up some days for the work to be done and Robert showed up right on time each day and along with his partner Dara worked diligently to get the job done right on time. They did a great job of cleaning up and removing all of the old equipment too. And before the left Robert ran some tests and also walked me through everything to be sure I knew how to maintain both the furnace and the air conditioner. I highly recommend Total Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone! Thanks Robert and Dara for making the whole process easy for us!
