Just give Union Heat a call. You’ll realize from their immediate response and clear, transparent, and professional tone that they are the most trustworthy provider you can get for your HVAC needs. Hector came to the house and listened to what I thought was the issue. Then, he took a look at all the potential root causes and educated me on how the entire system functions, what he has seen in the past when it came to issues like mine, and the ways to fix. He let me ask questions and was happy to repeat his explanation so that I felt comfortable. Price was clearly laid out for all the potential fixes and he ultimately fixed the problem. I would not recommend this company, Hector a technician came to my home. I feel was scammed by him. He came out and evaluated my furnace. He said it could possibly be a few things after further eval he said it needed a cleaning and the fee would be $450 for him to do a cleaning on my furnace, consisting only of blowing air . After the cleaning he told me I was all set and all other diagnostic test came back negative . A few hours later my heat began blowing cold air again I called back. He asked me to simply wait and give the furnace time. I called again the next day and he said that he needed to charge me to come back out to re- evaluate although he was just here the other day before. Then proceeded to ask me how much I'm willing to pay for repairs ? I thought what repairs the day before you told me everything was good. Hector was ready to purchase $2000 dashboard to install without the re-assessment. I declined for him to return because I feel like he would've intentionally did something bad to my furnace, leaving me with no choice. This company is not honest, $450 down the drain. Maria is the owner and needs to be aware. The response to this is nonsense. Hector, you are unprofessional , you are a liar and you are a crook. You took advantage of me and had me pay $450 to do nothing. You then wanted to charge me AGAIN to come back out after your failed work 3 hrs after. I will not give you the opportunity to take advantage of me again. God sees everything, and one day. I know you’re going to pay for this.
