• I called Wade’s Heating and Air the morning after Thanksgiving Day. They explained that they could get to us that same day and would call us in advance of the technician’s arrival. They called 30 minutes before they arrived, and we had our heating repaired by 2:30 that afternoon. The technician was very friendly, professional and proficient. The next morning we had the coldest morning(mid 20’s)of the season and we had a nice warm house thanks to the fantastic service by Wade’s. I highly recommend Wade’s.

• Sucks that I even have to rate 1 star. I had water leaking in my house from an HVAC problem and I called Wade's. Despite the emergency nature of the call, they didn't even set up an appointment in the book but told me they'd be out that day or tomorrow. As tomorrow was about to end, I called, spoke to the same person as before who took all my information down again and actually (I believe) got my info put into an appointment for the day after. As that day was ending, I called once more and spoke to a technician who said he was going to try to fit us in that afternoon. Now, 3 days later, I have not heard a word from Wade's. On the other hand, Eanes made booking an appointment easy, fast, and they even offered to come out earlier than scheduled to fix this issue. Would not recommend Wade's.

• After 20 years I will no longer use Wade's. Twice I called for service on my furnace and twice I was promised that someone would be out. No one ever came nor did they have the common decency to call and let me know that they would not be here. Very disappointed after 20 years of great service.

• Our unit had an issue with the fan motor. Mr. Wade will be *the* only one we will ever call. They are "old school". That means their work ethic is MOST EXCELLENT!!! They talk to you and explain things in easy terms. They have the utmost integrity and respect! I would recommend this company to absolutely everyone! They were more than just "timely", they worked on my unit fast! Their prices are exceptional and their quality is of the best standard. • Wade's has been our trusted service providers for 18 years. We started using them when we bought our first home. They would come a do our annual service. Once our unit gave out, they were great replacing the unit in a timely manner. Their prices were good as well. Three years ago, we purchased another home. We gave them a call to inspect the units there. They were great! We even had them service our gas logs! Everything we asked for, they delivered. A year ago, one of our 20+ year old heating units died. They were on the spot in not time with a proposal. It was great and we accepted. The unit was replaced in no time. The workers were very careful not to track dirt in the house. They were very kind and mannerly. Since we have replaced one of the AC units. Works like a charm! We are planning to call them to make arrangements for the second heating unit replacement. I would not trust anyone else with my business!!!

• This company would not come to my home when I needed them. They accused me of owing them money and continued to say they sent bills to my home and said they had to write it off because I never paid them. All lies! I found my receipt, wanted to scan and send to them and they did not want me to send it! I had to tell this company over and over they were making a mistake, but they continued to say I owed them money. If anyone uses this company, you best save all your receipts, or you will definitely be accused! I want everyone to know what I had to go through. An awful experience! Oh and the lady said they do the work and bill you later! Yeah right! Beware.
