• I would not recommend this company. After calling to confirm that I would like their service. Pat came and did pre-install measurements. He scheduled the installation for six weeks in advance. No one showed up on the scheduled day. I called and Pat said he forgot to put the installation on that day. He said, "it's a big job, I could pull people from other job sites to do the job." This company comes across as disorganized and dishonest.

• Wohlers has been nothing short of fantastic, start to finish. I'm finishing my basement which is small and cramped and had some creative construction that made it hard to get to the supply and return trunks. Dave came out and gave me a quote with plenty of clear explanation and answers to my questions. I felt like I was collaborating rather than being "quoted at." Another competitor said the job would require removing all of the bulkhead framing and pineboard paneling, lowering the trunks, doing the work, then re-raising them. Needless to say I was nervous after that. Dave said the Wohlers team could work around my structures. Day-of, Jared and Keegan came out; they were on time, didn't balk at the basement situation, were flexible and supportive working with me and my availability around meetings. They hit a snag where they did need to remove some of the bulkhead framing but didn't balk at it or try to pin blame or guilt on anybody, they just took it in stride, took it down, and did the work. The work was fast and minimally disruptive. They even kept my "cat prevention mesh" up around the new ductwork which is above-and-beyond in an already stellar job. Lastly, they left my basement cleaner than when they showed up. I cannot say enough great things about the Wohlers team. I'm so glad I found them and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anybody; especially if you've been told your job is too small (or too much of a pain) for others to take on.

• I called Dave and ordered a replacement fan motor and capacitor for my 27 year old Ruud, which I picked up and installed yesterday. I called after I installed it and requested an appointment to fix my A/C as the parts ordered didn't work in the unit. The appointment was for 1 to 3 on Friday the 7th. Robert called at 7:30 and said he could get me in earlier. When he arrived he looked over the unit and immediately knew the issue was because the new motor was a 5 wire one instead of a 3 wire one that I was replacing. Robert was completely knowledgeable and very personable as well as professional. This is my first experience with this company and based on my experience, won't be my last.
