I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends for any plumbing needs. I was given a two hour window arrival time and received text messages along the way informing me with a short summary on my Tech., I thought that was amazing. Upon completion of service, Tommy cleaned his point of the working area as if nothing had ever been done. Outstanding Job 800 Plumber!!

• The service was OK, but the repairman, Victor Moss, promised to give me a "$50 Off" coupon. When he forgot to supply it, I reminded him on a follow-up call, because there was a leak in the pipes he replaced under the sink. He said he had to check with his supervisor and would call the next week. When no call came two weeks later, I wrote a complaint to the company. There has been no response from anyone in the company. Update Monday1/19/2026: Received an email from Tom Sawyer, General Manager, stating he would resolve the issue this week when his associate gets back off leave. 7/16/2026 Tom Sawyer, General Manager, promised in an email dated January 28, 2026 to cut me a check for $50. That never happened. I do not recommend this company.

• We had a problem with the last job that was done for us. We wanted the bathtub caulked. I had touched a spot on the side to see where he had caulked and it left a fingertip mark. We had Carl come back and fix it, which seemed like it should have been a small issue. It was not. It took some time for him to "repair" it. Anyway, Tom, the manager who is wonderful BTW, called us to set something up to have it done again by a different plumber. Let me add here that Carl was an excellent plumber and was able to fix our shower cartridge without issues the week before. Excellent! Anyway, Victor arrived on time but really had an attitude. We wanted to give him a chance since Carl had used the wrong caulking material and we wanted silicone to replace the "plumbers caulking" Carl had used and was already crumbling. At any rate, I wish I could redo the whole situation now. As soon as Victor started raising his voice and telling us he did not do caulking and was a plumber. He told us that he tells other people who ask him to do caulking to get someone else to do it. He also brought up Carl and told us he had walked out because I had touched it and I won't use the language he did after that. Then he told us that he would put on the silicone but we had to follow his rules as well as sign the waiver to protect him if he damaged our acrylic tub enclosure when he took off the wrong product to replace it. I wish then we would have just told him that we were done here and to have a good day instead of letting him bully us and telling us if we didn't want him to do it we could do it ourselves. Anyway, I spoke with Tom and he is going to make it right. I can recommend this company for plumbing, but caulking gets a big NO!

• His plumbing on his last visit was good. He told us in the quote that he was going to rechalk the whole tub because he wasn't able to do just a part and that he would make it all fresh, in his words. He then only did the small part right under the faucet. I touched a little to see if he had done that part and it was wet. Carl came back in and made a mess of the side by wiping up with his dirty fingers. He then started blaming me for that! The part he ruined was not even by where I had touched it! He said he wouldn't do anymore and stormed out. I would not recommend him again! Ever!
