Ivan, the service rep that has shown up here, always does a very thorough evaluation, then explains what needs fixing, what may need work in the future and quote appropriet pricing before he ever starts on the job. • When our air conditioner stopped cooling, I called Joey Cervantes because I knew him to be honest and trustworthy. Joey inspected the system that day and presented us with two options: replace the compressor or replace the entire system. He also explained the benefits of upgrading to a more energy-efficient heat pump. We took some time to consider the options he presented. After receiving the quote, I researched both the benefits of upgrading and the proposed price, which I found to be very competitive. Ultimately, we decided it made more sense to upgrade rather than continue investing in our 20-plus-year-old system. Just two days later, a crew of five or six technicians arrived, removed the old equipment, and installed the new system, completing the job in one day. The entire crew was professional and very respectful of our home. Joey also personally helped me connect and program the new thermostat on my phone and walked me through how to adjust all the settings. There were no unexpected charges beyond the original quote. Between Joey’s honest recommendations, competitive pricing, attentive service, and the crew’s fast and professional installation, we had an excellent experience.
