• ANOTHER update. I was contacted by the "new" owners admitting that the work was wrong and they would refund me. If they refunded me, could i please remove the review. It has been 2 months and I followed up with the receipt with no refund or communication. Seriously, do not use this company. Previous Update. I’ve been having problems with leaking with my BRAND NEW dishwasher. Got another plumber to come quote me before potentially replacing with warranty. As shown in photos the dishwasher drainage line was installed improperly and leading to my dishwasher not draining and the leaking happening. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. After the job he asked me to change my review. He only has good reviews by guilting you Very disorganized. They did my brand new dishwasher installation. He quoted me a price and I chose his company based on reviews and that price. On the day, the price ended up being more as he did not include the parts in my quote. He honoured the price as much as he could but it was a mass miscommunication. Part way through the job, he wanted to leave to go to another job and I said no as my kitchen was in-useable until he finished. I was very clear that it was a new dishwasher and he did not have all the necessary parts from the start. He then screwed my dishwasher into the counter top but now (it has not even been a month) those screws have fallen out. I had to ask him to secure a hose in my lazy susan so I could use it. If I were to chose again, I would only chose for fair negotiation of price and not the work itself
