Water heather that we did not need, they were coming for the furnace. They lied to us about a new water heather. We ended up saying yes, they were insisting for so long. They install in 2020 without a permit. Failed the inspection from the city. We are 2026, still waiting for the job to be completed. They send different crew each time. I forgot it was not finish, paid the invoice. Now they do nothing to finish the job. You want trouble go with angel's!

Great experience from start to finish. The team was very responsive, professional, and thorough throughout the installation of our new hot water tank, furnace, and AC unit. They managed to replace and install all three systems in a surprisingly short amount of time, without compromising on the quality of the work. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was committed to getting the project done right. Excellent service and a great team — highly recommend!

Didn't end up using their services as they were fully booked for a couple weeks and I needed an installation ASAP but the woman I dealt with on the phone was very helpful in reviewing a quote I had which appeared to be on the high side and made some great recommendations. Would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member.

They replaced my old furnace 3 years ago and something was wrong that it won't heat up. It was on warranty for 10 years, so I called them and they came that day. They replaced the parts which caused the issue with free parts and labor. I only needed to pay the visit cost but even that was for free cause I had my hot water tank replaced at the same time. They even took care of my fire place which was delaying to lit up. So satisfied. I replaced my water tank with the tankless Navien and I am so satisfied, too. It take smaller space and don't have to replace the tank every 8-10 years. It doesn't even have to warm up the water the whole time. It instantly warms up the water while in need and I love the concept that we don't have to waste the energy while not using it. 3 technicians came and did a great job. I appreciate it a lot. It was a hard work but they did perfect. And what is better, it is on 10 years warranty for the labor and the parts also. 2 thumbs up!!!

They cheated me. The installed a heat pump as well as a water heater. I asked to see the permit they changed me for, but they did not give it to me. Now I got a letter from the City of Vancouver siting that That the alteration was made without the required permit. I have called angels heating 20+ times to ask for the copy of the permit. Every time I call, they tell me that the person in charge will get back to me, but it’s been almost a year, and they have not called, or sent me a copy of the permit. It is terrible that they are cheating seniors. I definitively do not recommend to have work done by them, or request copy of the permit before they start the job.

Hot water tank replacement-the service was done fast and promptly but they stained a brown water mark on my carpet, didn't tell me about it. I was hoping the stain might be gone after dried but it didn't.
