• Hot water tank leaked on a Saturday, called BC Wide at 2:30 pm, tech came within the hour, instantly saw the problem, provided fair quote and able to do the installation, removal, etc all within 2-3 hours. Rob was professional, experience and helpful doing the job. He went to pickup the tank and was quick to return. As this was an emergency, it was the reviews that made our decision to go with this company. There was no demand for the payment on Saturday and the tech advised the company will contact us. Also to note, the office manager - Sharon was amazing too. She was patient with providing invoicing and email receipt and no rushing for payment. This gave us a chance to read through the invoicing and ask the warranty questions which she was able to respond in writing! Lovely lady, thank you.

• Expected the technicians to let the quality of their work speak for itself, but instead a majority amount of the conversation with my wife seemed focused on another company and repeatedly stressing that we should only use their “in-house” technicians and never subcontractors. It honestly became distracting. Aren’t properly licensed and qualified techs held to the same applicable credential and safety requirements regardless of whether they’re employees or independent contractors? We would have preferred less discussion about competitors and employment labels, and more focus on delivering what was promised. The workmanship and customer experience should be what earns loyalty. • I highly recommend BC Wide Home Services! Our older 60-gallon hot water tank suddenly stopped working and I was recommended to call BC Wide. The next day, first thing in the morning, they came by our home assessed the situation and gave me options with complete information and competitive value pricing to replace our hot water heating system. We decided to make the switch to a tankless system. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result.
