• Broadway is a very comprehensive HVAC pro company and expertise on what they are doing. I met Chris on our apartment maintenance site and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the service quality here. Chris is hands down the best technician I’ve ever encountered! We had them work on our systems, and Chris’s expertise was evident right away. He has an incredible depth of knowledge across HVAC, refrigeration, and boiler equipment, diagnosing and resolving everything with ease. What really stood out, though, was his personality and thoughtful approach. Chris is not only super friendly and easy to talk to, but he also takes the extra time to explain things clearly and ensure everything is running perfectly before he leaves. It’s rare to find someone who combines top-tier technical skill with such genuine care and professionalism. Highly recommend Chris and the team to anyone needing reliable HVAC or refrigeration work!

• We had ongoing problems with the system, and after finally having two other HVAC companies inspect it, we were told there were multiple issues with the previous work. Among other things, the unit had been left with the panel/door open, which caused the coil to freeze over. When it eventually thawed, the water overflowed and leaked through our ceiling, causing water damage inside our home. Other workmanship issues were also identified, including problems with the drainage setup, kinks, an improperly vented drain, and even a glove left in the drain area. We were also dealing with low refrigerant and continued system problems. What made the experience even worse was Broadway Refrigeration’s response. Instead of taking responsibility for the condition the system had been left in or the resulting ceiling leak, they repeatedly blamed everything on the age of the equipment. We had TWO separate HVAC companies inspect the system, and both pointed to issues with the previous workmanship and the unit being left open, which caused the coil to freeze and thaw. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility when a customer is left dealing with a water leak and damage to their home is completely unacceptable. After everything we experienced, I have absolutely no confidence in this company and would never use them again.
