Exceptional service from start to finish! The electricians arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and worked with me to get my lights installed just the way I wanted. I am so impressed with AAA Calvert. I was needing an electrician for some electrical work but didn't have someone to call...I do now! I looked on google and found AAA Calvert, saw their great reviews and gave them a call. Their front office was quick to respond, the technician that came out to review the work and give me an estimate was very knowledgeable, understood what needed to be done, he answered all my many questions and even provided professional guidance that helped me know I was hiring the right people for the job. Communication was great. I scheduled a time for them to come out to do the work, the same technician came out, he was punctual, professional, respectful, quickly and efficiently did the work. I also asked about putting in mini-splits for some relief from this HOT weather we were having. He let his office know my interest and someone from their HVAC side of the business got right back to me and scheduled a time for an estimate. Great customer service, efficient, and highly competent.

AAA Calvert Electrical was such a blessing!! I bought my home me almost 2yrs ago but never used the AC. When I needed it for this very hot summer, it wouldn’t cool the air. A different company spent almost 2hrs. checking the problem and said that it was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Luckily, my realtor suggested a second opinion nd referred me tooAAA Calvert. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I was so relieved and grateful!!

I do not currently live in Long Beach, Ca. at this time. I have two properties there and contracted AAA Calvert to perform A/C system maintenance. Steve took care of both properties based on the minimalistic report that I received. Again, I don't live in CA. I would have initiated an annual service for both properties if in fact the service reports were more complete. The reports had no manufacturer information on the system services, nor did it contain any before and after pictures. How would I know if the condenser coil was actually cleaned without photos. Additionally, I had to contact AAA Calvert to have Steve come back to one of the homes for what turned out to be a lack of not resetting the indicator display on my electronic air cleaner. Not a big deal, but I had to get involved and my tenants had to be instructed to be on hand that morning; they do work. Finally I would like to say that AAA Calvert needs to get up to speed on producing a final service report that informs the client just how valuable their service was.
